The Process
Finding your home should feel like a gift, not a chore.
Here's exactly how I work, from your first message to your move-in day.
Tell Me What You Need
Your wish list. Your lifestyle. Your timeline.
We start with a simple conversation no hassle, no pressure. Tell me your budget, how many bedrooms you need, your ideal move-in date, and what neighborhoods you're curious about. I also want to know the things that matter most to you: a dog-friendly community, a great school district, a resort-style pool, or a short commute to work. The more you share, the better I can match.
This step takes about 10–15 minutes and can happen over text, email, or a quick call — whatever works best for you.
I Search For You
My network. Your shortlist.
Once I know what you're looking for, I get to work. I tap into my relationships with leasing teams across Central Florida to find communities that genuinely match your criteria not just whatever has availability. I check current pricing, specials, and unit availability so your shortlist is always accurate and up to date.
You'll receive a curated shortlist within 24 hours. No spam, no irrelevant listings, just options worth your time.
Tour & Choose
See it in person. Fall in love.
I'll help you schedule tours at the communities on your shortlist and can join you in person or virtually to answer questions and take notes. I know what to look for and what questions to ask so you don't have to figure it out on your own. Once you've found the one, I'll help you understand the lease terms and navigate the application process.
I'm with you every step of the way, from the first tour to the moment you sign.
You Move In
Keys in hand. Stress left behind.
On move-in day, you walk through the door of a home that was found just for you without spending weeks scrolling listings or touring apartments that didn't match the photos. My service is completely free to you. The apartment community pays my fee when I place a resident, so you get a dedicated personal locator at zero cost.
After you move in, I'm still here. If anything comes up in your first few weeks, just reach out.
"Apartment communities pay my fee when I place a resident. You never pay me a single dollar, not now, not ever."
